The Doxis4 iECM suite (integrated Enterprise Content Management) provides services for archiving and thus relieving the burden of email servers, file servers and SharePoint farms. The Doxis4 Gateway Services archive files, emails or other objects from the above systems and can delete them automatically from the original systems or replace them with a link once archiving is completed. This relieves the burden on these systems, reduces the storage space used on them and ensures audit-proof archiving of the data in line with legal requirements. Audit-proof archiving is particularly important in the case of journal archiving.
